Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface, unwind old patterns, support your nervous system, and bring you back into clarity, alignment, and inner safety. This work is not about fixing or force, it is about remembering who you truly are and allowing your life, intuition, and manifestations to unfold naturally from that truth.
Single coaching sessions are great for those looking for guidance around a specific situation or challenge.

Designed for those who are ready to create lasting change through consistent support, practical guidance, and meaningful personal growth. Includes email support Monday-Friday 10am-5pm PST between sessions. Please schedule your complimentary twenty minute Zoom call below to discuss your needs and how I can support you on your path. Once we agree that this is a good fit, we can schedule your first session.
1:1 Resonance Session

A one-on-one space to return to your natural coherence. Through breath, presence, and subtle tuning, your system is supported on all levels physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. There is no agenda, no method, no pressure to perform. Just a clear, calm field where what is ready to shift… shifts.
Resonance Gatherings (group)
Exchange: $33–$55 CAD suggested contribution
60 minutes · Online and in person gatherings available
A sacred group space of shared stillness and field resonance.
We begin with gentle grounding, then enter into collective silence, breath, and presence. No sharing required. No pressure to speak. You simply rest inside a tuned group field and allow your own system to settle, clear, and remember.
Contribution is open within the suggested range.

How Exchange Works
I offer each session as a sacred conversation, not a transaction. The exchange reflects the tone, time, and coherence of the field I hold.
If you are in a season of financial constraint, I trust your discernment. Contribution-based options are available. Please reach out if this feels aligned.
All fees include 5% gst.

Monthly Membership
Exchange: $27 per month (free trial until Aug.30th)
Includes: 1 live online gathering per month (includes techniques and practice)+ a guided monthly resonance meditation. This monthly space invites you to release what no longer fits, reconnect with your inner clarity, and begin consciously recreating your life from awareness, not autopilot.
This is not a course. It’s a quiet path back to your breath.
