They are about remembering and coming back into the natural intelligence, wisdom, and aliveness of your body and creativity. In this free 1-hour online session, Remembering Sacred Sensuality & Sacred Sexuality, you’ll be guided into a deeper understanding of how the body holds stories, identities, and protective patterns and how gently unwinding these can create more freedom, pleasure, safety, and authenticity in your life. I’ll share parts of my own journey of transformation, followed by a guided self-enquiry practice to support your personal exploration. You’ll also receive practical insights and tools for shifting out of trauma-based patterns and old roles that keep the body, mind, and emotions stuck. This is an invitation to reconnect with your innate wholeness and allow a more natural, balanced expression of your sensual and sexual energy to emerge.
